Ingredients:
- 1 fifteen-ounce can of pickled beets
- 1 rounded teaspoon caraway seeds
Assembly:
- Pour the can of pickled beets in the casserole
- Sprinkle the caraway seeds on top, and stir in
- Refrigerate for an hour
Good with Layered Potatoes, other Hungarian entrees, and as a side in American cooking. Serves 2-3.
