Hungarian Beet Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 fifteen-ounce can of pickled beets
  • 1 rounded teaspoon caraway seeds

Assembly:

  • Pour the can of pickled beets in the casserole
  • Sprinkle the caraway seeds on top, and stir in
  • Refrigerate for an hour

Good with Layered Potatoes, other Hungarian entrees, and as a side in American cooking.  Serves 2-3.
